There is no point in having a very wide multi-column template with if you have just a small amount of content.
Most of our clients assume that what they see on their monitor is what everyone else will see. This is not always the case as there are so many different monitor resolutions available. A wide screen monitor will not render certain designs of template in the same way a narrower one will.
We are constantly being asked for full screen templates but before you choose one please bear in mind the following:
Website templates can be made up of square sections, rounded sections or a combination of both. They can be one block or multi-column or a combination of both.
We will assume you will want your website to be user-friendly to everyone who will visit it.
We therefore highly recommend that you do not choose a fluid full width template as it will show the content squashed on small monitors and stretched on wide monitors.
We suggest that you use a fixed width template of not more than 1000 pixels so that everyone can use and view it with ease. To fill the space between the template and the edge of the screen a background picture or a tiled image can be used if desired.
