Web Page & Newsletter Edits - help us to publish your content correctly!

Please note: Extensive page edits could result in the web page needing a re-design.
  1. Simple page edits are free.
  2. Extensive page edits may incur charges.
  3. Newsletter updates are chargeable.
  4. Content for web page Newsletters must be submitted a minimum of 2 working days prior to publication date.
  5. Content for HTML Newsletters must be submitted a minimum of 5 working days prior to publication date.
It is your responsibility to:
  1. Ensure your website content fully complies with your local laws and international laws.
  2. Ensure all website content emailed to us is virus free.
Sending us your text
  1. Send us your page texts on MS Word or Open Office Documents.
  2. The text needs to be split into paragraphs (you may also use paragraph headers) as you would want it to appear on your web pages. Use italic and bold font etc as you would want the text to appear. Underlining is usually used for links so it is not a good idea to underline text that is not a link on a web page.
  3. To help us please let us know which page(s) you want edited by giving us the page name e.g. Home Page.... Paragraph 4.... and send the complete new paragraph (or section) to us.
Sending us your images
  1. All images must be sent in .jpg, .gif or .png format and will email faster if you reduce to 800 x 600 pixels.
  2. We will also accept .pdf files for publication.

All content must be sent by email to the address you will have been issued with.
