To help us build your website:
- Decide how many pages you want and give each one a title - that is usually the navigation button name.
- Send us your page texts on MS Word or Open Office Documents.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your website content fully complies with your local laws and international laws.
- The text needs to be split into paragraphs (you may also use paragraph headers) as you would want it to appear on your web pages. Use italic and bold font etc as you would want the text to appear. Underlining is usually used for links so it is not a good idea to underline text that is not a link on a web page.
- Send us your logo - if you have one. If you don't have a logo but would like one we can design one for you - charges apply.
- All images must be sent in .jpg, .gif or .png format. They will email faster if you reduce them to 800 x 600 pixels.
- We will also accept .pdf files for publication.
- Audio & Video files: Should you wish such files to be published on your website we will discuss this with you prior to commencing work on your website. If you want such files added at a later date please contact us to discuss your requirements.
- All content must be sent by email to the address you will have been issued with after initial contact.
- It is your responsibility to ensure all website content emailed to us is virus free.
Selecting Colours For Your Website
To help you choose colours for your web page template please use please use our Colour
Picker.
From the top menu bar > Tool Box > Choose Your Website Colours.
We will need the hexadecimal numbers i.e. black is #000000 & white is #ffffff.
Payments
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing a deposit of £100.00 + V.A.T. or 50% of the invoice value, whichever is the greater sum, before we start work. The remainder is due upon completion of your website.
- We have to pay hosting & domain name charges up front. Our motto.... No pay - no display!
- We accept card payments via PayPal for our services. You do not need a PayPal account to use their system.
- To keep your site after the first year pay the annual subscription for hosting and domain name renewal.
That's it! We do the rest!
What's the catch? There isn't one! No hidden charges. If you don't want to keep the site after one year... no problem! You can transfer your domain name anywhere you want to. We won't charge you for this as long as you notify us a minimum of 7 working days prior to the domain name expiry.
